Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field as listed in the candidate requirements.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and new business acquisition.
• Experience with client presentations, solution selling, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Identify target industries, potential clients, and market opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with management in developing new business initiatives and sales strategies
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
• Prepare proposals and quotations based on customer requirements
• Work closely with technical teams to define project scope, assumptions, technical specifications, and solution architecture
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
