Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a sales support professional in the Philippines to help build and manage a sales funnel, generate leads, and nurture client relationships. The role requires collaboration with marketing and business development teams to meet weekly and monthly targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and up to 1 year of related experience or exposure to IT solutions, and possess strong research and analytical skills to contribute to a sales-oriented career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related course.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience in sales support, telemarketing, or related roles (preferably with exposure to IT solutions).
• Basic familiarity with IT solutions and their business applications (training will be provided).
• Interest in learning different aspects of marketing and sales strategies.
• Strong research and analytical skills with eagerness to grow in a sales-oriented career.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales).
• Handle incoming queries and build good client relationships (Inbound Sales).
• Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
• Understand the company’s portfolio of solution offerings to pitch and present offerings through various channels.
• Stay updated with the company’s portfolio development and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create account penetration strategies and materials.
• Initiate client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to business development managers with the objective of closing the sale.
• Maintain and update the lead generation database with accurate client profiles.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
