Job summary

Lennor Metier and its Cebu-based Account Representative role seek a seasoned IT sales professional to manage key client accounts from Cebu, Philippines onsite. You will drive revenue through new and existing opportunities, collaborate with architects and delivery teams, and guide proposals from initial discussion to closing.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in IT sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, business development, or technology solutions sales.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets or account growth.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions sales cycles and client decision-making.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and meet revenue, sales, and pipeline targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers and IT leaders.
• Identify opportunities for IT solutions, services, and managed services based on client objectives.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through diverse outreach and referrals.
• Lead commercial negotiations while protecting revenue and margins.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical, and Delivery teams to craft competitive solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and closing dates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery.
