Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Manila is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat, and to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.

You will document incidents in the service management system, assist in onboarding and training new employees on IT processes, and monitor IT service management tools. The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Occasional after-hours support may be required.
