Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from multiple platforms and create tickets for technical concerns.
• Monitor and maintain data and services availability.
• Escalate unresolved issues to level two support or vendors.
• Conducts application trainings for IT staff or users.
• Repair IT hardware owned by the company.
• Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades and patches.
• Create and maintain user accounts and access levels.
• Monitor network security and ensure policy compliance.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and document processes.
• Manage sourcing, procurement, and delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and spare parts.
• Learn new systems used by CSMC staff and doctors.
• Upgrade skills to meet IT requirements of the hospital.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer calls from multiple communication platforms and create a ticket for all the technical concerns received.

• Perform assigned routines to monitor and maintain data and services availability.

• Escalate unresolved issues or problems to any level two internal support or vendors.

• Conducts application trainings to other IT staff or users.

• Repair any IT related hardware owned by the company.

• Performs routines, system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches.
