Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Staff to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations in our Laguna facility. You will provide day-to-day technical support to employees and help manage IT systems.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage user accounts, assist with database operations, and monitor networks and security protocols to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, computer science or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of PCs, printers, network devices, and software.
• Experience with helpdesk or technical support.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Experience with user account setup, permissions, and access management.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and CCTV systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Set up and manage user accounts, email access, permissions, and credentials.
• Perform database operations, including data creation, updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Monitor IT systems, networks, security protocols, and CCTV systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for PCs, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor production systems and respond promptly to system disruptions to minimize downtime.
• Perform software updates, virus protection, system optimization, and routine IT checks.
• Provide technical assistance to users and document troubleshooting solutions.
• Support IT-related projects and other tasks as required.
