Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management and IT operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure including servers, network connectivity, firewalls, CCTV systems, and business-critical applications.
• Knowledge of POS systems including POS server connectivity and integration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations including IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and business systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure including network equipment, firewalls, CCTV systems, servers, and related tech.
• Ensure reliable connectivity between POS systems and central servers while maintaining security and continuity.
• Plan, implement, and support business applications, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures to minimize downtime and protect data.
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with business units to align tech solutions with operational needs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
