Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is hiring an IT Asset Management Manager in Mandaluyong to oversee the full lifecycle of company IT assets, from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate inventory and governance.

You will develop and maintain BOMs for site deployments and IT projects, support rollouts, upgrades, and operational initiatives, and lead audits, asset allocation, and lifecycle management with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in IT Asset Management or IT Inventory.
At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience with ERP or IT Asset Management systems.
Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the company's IT Asset Management program.
Oversee inventory of laptops, desktops, POS systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals.
Develop and maintain BOMs for new site deployments and IT projects.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
Manage procurement planning and asset allocation.
Monitor asset lifecycle, warranties, repairs, and disposals.
Develop asset management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
Prepare inventory and asset utilization reports.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
