Job summary

One Commerce (Int'l.) Corporation is seeking an IT Supervisor to lead day-to-day IT operations within a Philippine SME. You will oversee network, systems, cybersecurity, end-user support, and IT asset management in a hands-on, supervisory role.

You will guide IT staff, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure reliable, secure IT services aligned with business needs. Strong knowledge of Windows servers/desktops, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra, and backup solutions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day IT operations including IT systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure availability of computers, servers, network gear, internet, Wi‑Fi, printers, and IT resources.
• Address IT incidents, service requests, and recurring issues.
• Coordinate hardware, software, network, and system problem resolution.
• Perform regular software updates and system patching.
• Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and licenses.
• Administer LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Configure basic network services (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPN).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Administer Windows desktops, laptops, servers, user accounts, and Active Directory or Entra ID.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Maintain backup systems and perform recovery testing.
• Provide basic virtualization support (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Implement cybersecurity controls and monitor endpoint protection and firewalls.
• Provide end-user support and guidance to employees.
