Software Ventures International is seeking a Senior IT Operations Analyst to lead stability and security of our IT infrastructure. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on work across on-premise and cloud environments, primarily in Ortigas, Pasig City.

The role emphasizes incident response, performance optimization, and automation to improve reliability and efficiency. Strong scripting and networking skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT Operations or Systems Administration.
• Experience managing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, IT security best practices, and data protection principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure, leading incident response to meet SLAs.
• Analyze system performance and operational data to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline tasks and improve system reliability.
• Lead IT projects including upgrades, technology rollouts, and process improvements.
• Monitor, manage, and maintain health and performance of IT infrastructure across servers, storage, and network devices.
• Design and enforce IT security protocols, including backup, disaster recovery, and access control measures.
