Job summary

Origo BPO (Phils) Limited, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Operations Technical Lead to own the organization’s IT systems, including infrastructure, network, endpoints, and security across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will lead a small team, drive proactive incident resolution, and mentor staff to build a reliable, scalable tech foundation. Responsibilities include overseeing Azure/Entra AD, M365, endpoint management, and secure integration of AI productivity tools, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or DevOps.
• 2+ years leading small technical teams or acting as an L3 Lead Engineer.
• Experience with multi-tenant, client-facing environments.
• Certifications are preferred (Azure, CCNA, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end infrastructure, network, and client connectivity.
• Lead cloud and security posture across Azure, M365, and on-prem solutions.
• Mentor team, set SLA targets, and drive proactive culture.
• Troubleshoot high-priority incidents and improve tooling.
