Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Redmap's AWS, endpoints, M365, and apps.
• Assist with incident response, monitoring, and security posture.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Triage and resolve application, infrastructure, and operational issues.
• Document systems, procedures, and support processes.
