Job summary

OpsWerks in the Philippines seeks a Lead Systems & Network Engineer to own and scale our infrastructure across cloud, network, identity, and collaboration platforms. You’ll lead L3 support, drive reliability, and implement automation to prevent incidents, while partnering with internal teams to meet strategic objectives.

The role requires designing and optimizing multi-site networks, administering AWS/Azure, and ensuring secure identity access with Entra ID.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in systems, network, or infrastructure engineering in enterprise or mid-scale environments.
Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure plus hybrid on-premise systems.
Ability to design, troubleshoot, and automate infrastructure; strong documentation habit.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Act as highest escalation point for infrastructure, cloud, SaaS and internal systems.
Design, manage, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across sites.
Support AWS and Azure environments and automate operational tasks.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and Conditional Access policies.
Collaborate with development teams to improve CI/CD and deployment reliability.
Own runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation; drive standardization.
Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
