Job summary

Umpisa Inc. seeks an experienced IT Operation Support professional to help extend APAC IT services. You will contribute to IT projects, help implement cloud infrastructure, and provide user support across the org.

Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, managing first-day orientations, and handling user terminations with documentation governance. The role requires strong endpoints security, AD administration, and Mac support experience, with willingness for shift work in a dynamic tech

Qualifications

End Point security and management (must-have)
Microsoft/Active Directory administration (must-have)
System administration & basic housekeeping (onboarding & offboarding of users)
Low-code / no-code or workflow/automation experience would be great
Some experience on data migration projects
Experience on supporting Mac devices
Willing to do shifting schedule

Responsibilities

Collaborate on IT projects, including enhancing and implementing cloud infrastructure services.
Provide general user support and onboarding for new staff.
Lead new employee setups and oversee first-day orientations.
Manage user terminations and curate documentation for internal use and user guidance.
