Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Operation Support to extend across APAC and beyond.

They should actively contribute to IT projects, such as enhancing and implementing cloud infrastructure services, while providing solid end-user support, and collaborating with teams and clients in a fast-paced setting. The role requires a self-starter who can work effectively within a self-organizing Scrum team, and a willingness to shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have End Point security and management.
• Microsoft/Active Directory administration is required.
• System administration with onboarding/offboarding of users.
• Experience with low-code/no-code, workflow, or automation is a plus.
• Some experience on data migration projects.
• Experience supporting Mac devices.
• Willing to do shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on IT projects, including cloud infrastructure enhancements and implementations.
• Provide general user support across IT operations.
• Lead new employee setup and onboarding activities.
• Oversee first-day orientations and manage user terminations.
• Curate and maintain documentation for internal use and user guidance.

Moreover, their involvement should encompass providing general user support, leading new employee setups, overseeing first-day orientations, managing user terminations, and curating documentation for both internal use and user guidance, covering present and future requirements.
