Job summary

Umpisa Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Operations Support professional to contribute across APAC regions, driving IT projects and cloud infrastructure enhancements. You will manage user onboarding, terminations, and daily IT tasks, while ensuring secure access and efficient operations.

• End Point security and management (must-have).
• Microsoft/Active Directory administration (must-have).

• Some data migration project experience.
• Experience on supporting Mac devices.
• Willing to do shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT operations support across APAC, collaborating on IT projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure enhancements and implementations.
• Offer general user support and assist with new employee setups.
• Oversee first-day orientations, user terminations, and access provisioning.
• Create and maintain documentation for internal use and end-user guidance.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced IT Operation Support. This role extends beyond APAC support. They should actively contribute to a variety of IT-related functions, management responsibilities, and projects. This entails collaborating on IT projects, such as enhancing and implementing cloud infrastructure services. Moreover, their involvement should encompass providing general user support, leading new employee setups, overseeing first-day orientations, managing user terminations, and curating documentation for both internal use and user guidance, covering present and future requirements.
