Job summary

Umpisa Inc. is seeking experienced IT Operation Support to contribute across IT-related functions, projects, and management responsibilities. The role covers cloud infrastructure enhancements, general user support, and onboarding/onboarding-related tasks while aligning with APAC-extended support needs.

The candidate should handle first-day orientations, user terminations, and create documentation for internal and user guidance, addressing present and future requirements.

Qualifications

• End Point security and management (must-have).
• Microsoft/Active Directory administration (must-have).
• System administration and basic housekeeping (onboarding & offboarding).
• Low-code/no-code, workflow or automation experience.
• Data migration experience.
• Experience in supporting Mac devices.
• Willing to do shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support IT operations including cloud infrastructure projects and user support.
