Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate/internal communications, change management, or project coordination within IT environments.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly messages.
• Experience creating emails, newsletters, announcements, user guides, FAQs, and engagement content.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills for multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support IT planning and rollout communication plans.
• Create engaging content (emails, guides, FAQs, infographics, posters, short videos).
• Translate technical IT concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with IT teams to gather up-to-date information for materials.
• Assist with adoption activities, training sessions, demos, and roadshows.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals; provide updates to supervisor.
