Job summary

Pricewide Inc. is seeking a capable IT support specialist to handle first-level tech issues for hardware, software, and networks. You will respond to requests via phone, email, or ticketing system and help monitor security and data center operations in Eco Wonder Park, Calamba, Laguna.

The role requires a BS in CS/IT (or related), at least 2 years in IT support, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. On-site work with vendors for repairs is involved.

Qualifications

• BS CS/IT or related degree.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Familiarity with antivirus management, data backup systems, and IT assets management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Willing to work at Eco Wonder Park, Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Review and monitor security and control of network, operations system, and data center in EWP (POS, Payparking, EDS, CCTV).
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain computer hardware/software that comprises a network, including deployment, configuration, and monitoring of active network equipment for EWP.
