Job summary

Pricewide Inc. is seeking a capable IT support specialist to handle first-level tech issues for hardware, software, and networks. You will respond to requests via phone, email, or ticketing system and help monitor security and data center operations in Eco Wonder Park, Calamba, Laguna.

The role requires a BS in CS/IT (or related), at least 2 years in IT support, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. On-site work with vendors for repairs is involved.

Qualifications

• BS CS/IT or related degree.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Familiarity with antivirus management, data backup systems, and IT assets management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Willing to work at Eco Wonder Park, Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for repairs and maintenance.

Job description

• Coordinates with vendors or service providers for repair and maintenance services.

• Responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network. This includes the deployment, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of active network equipment for EWP.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.

• At least 2 years of experience on the same field

• Can work with minimum supervision

• Familiarity with antivirus management, data backup systems, and IT assets management tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
