Responsibilities
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Install and configure software and security tools.
- Monitor and maintain firewall and antivirus software.
- Manage Internet, LAN/WLAN, and servers installation and config.
- Provide office application support and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Diagnose and repair faults and resolve network problems.
- Assist customers to identify root causes and provide feedback.
- Support rollout of new applications and document procedures.
- Handle multiple cases concurrently and perform safety checks.
