Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an IT Support Specialist for onsite role in Makati to maintain and troubleshoot company hardware and software during events. You will handle user accounts, access permissions, assets, and technical records, while coordinating with vendors as needed.

The ideal candidate has a IT-related bachelor’s degree and at least one year of help desk experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills and familiarity with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE required.
• 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, hardware, software installation, networking, and Google Workspace.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills; IT certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite and provide support during company events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for computers, applications, email, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company hardware and software.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, IT assets, and technical records.
• Resolve IT issues efficiently and coordinate escalated concerns with vendors or external service providers.
• Assist with cybersecurity, data protection, system maintenance, and cloud-based technology initiatives.
