AvantePH is seeking an IT Manager to oversee end-to-end IT operations across retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices in the Philippines.

The role ensures stability, security, and performance of retail systems while aligning local IT initiatives with global IT strategies and governance. Strong leadership and hands-on POS/ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an IT Manager or supervisory role.
• Experience in enterprise or retail IT environments, preferably within a multinational company (MNC).
• Hands-on exposure to POS systems, payment gateways, ERP platforms, and retail/store technologies.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements and global IT compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, team management, and vendor management skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and business processes.
• Strong focus on risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT operations for retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices nationwide.
• Ensure high availability and performance of retail systems, including POS, payment platforms, ERP, inventory management, and omnichannel solutions.
