Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven IT Manager to lead the company's technology operations, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, Google Workspace (Gmail), networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business applications while driving automation, system integration, and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. The role will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data security, optimize business processes, and implement scalable technologies that support the company's growth. Working closely with all departments, the IT Manager will ensure reliable IT operations while leading innovation initiatives that enhance productivity, customer experience, and overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi infrastructure, switches, routers, and network security.
- Familiarity with travel technologies such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, online booking systems, CRM platforms, and accounting software is an advantage.
- Experience in website administration, domain and DNS management, hosting, SSL certificates, and email systems.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and IP/PBX telephone systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL, AWS, or Azure are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the company's entire IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, networks, internet connectivity, and cloud services.
- Ensure maximum uptime, security, and performance of all business systems.
- Manage IT operations for the head office and all branch offices.
- Supervise the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software.
- Administer Microsoft 365, company email accounts, user access, and Active Directory.
- Oversee CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and IP/PBX telephone sys tems.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including antivirus protection, firewalls, data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Provide technical support and guidance to all departments, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Visa Processing, and Product Development.

- Prepare regular reports on system performance, IT projects, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives for senior management.
