Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management, and IT operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, CCTV, and business-critical applications.
• Knowledge of POS systems, POS server connectivity and integration is highly preferred.
• Experience leading IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and IT service management.
• Experience with enterprise applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other IT administration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and business systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure including network equipment, firewalls, CCTV, servers, and related technologies.
• Ensure reliable connectivity between POS systems and central servers with system stability, security, and business continuity.
• Plan, implement, and support business applications, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor system performance, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures to minimize downtime.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and recommend technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and escalation for critical IT issues.
• Monitor IT assets, software licensing, and inventory for lifecycle management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Prepare reports on IT operations, project status, and risks for management.

Role Overview

• Strong understanding of network administration, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and IT service management.
• Experience working with enterprise applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance.

• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies, procedures, documentation, and operational standards aligned with industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, information security standards, and internal governance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and escalation management for critical IT issues affecting business operations.
