Job description

The IT Manager will be responsible for handling business-critical IT tasks and system administration, researching and evaluating emerging technologies, hardware and software, tracking and maintaining hardware and software inventory and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously analyze current process, technologies and vendors to identify areas of improvement.

• Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs.

• Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.

• Make sure servers and workstations are patched monthly.

• Make sure all servers are running and backed up properly.

• Conduct regular meetings with IT staffs.

Requirements:

• On-site work in Makati.

• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, hardware, and software.

• Good organization, time management, leadership and prioritization skills

• Must possess a valid driver's license (Restriction: B or Code: 2/4) and be able to drive a car.
