Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Pasig is seeking a senior IT leader to oversee all information technology functions, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, systems integration and digital transformation initiatives.

You will drive IT strategy, governance, and operations to support manufacturing and ERP environments, with at least five years’ IT experience and three years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in information technology.
  • At least three (3) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, or production systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all IT functions including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, systems integration, technical support, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support and optimize manufacturing and ERP environments through effective IT governance and project delivery.

  • Work Location Pasig, 1800 Metro Manila
  • Work Schedule 5 days: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (but on on-call basis)
