Job summary

Biyaheko.com Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee all IT systems, networks, and security at our Makati office. You will drive digital transformation, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable technology that supports travel-related operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS, at least 5 years in IT with 2–3 years in management, and familiarity with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networks, and

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the companys entire IT infrastructure including servers, computers, networks, internet connectivity, and cloud services.
• Ensure maximum uptime, security, and performance of all business systems.
• Supervise installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software.
• Administer Microsoft 365, company email accounts, user access, and Active Directory.
• Maintain and monitor company websites, domains, hosting services, SSL certificates, and online platforms.
• Manage travel reservation systems, GDS, CRM platforms, and other operational applications.
• Oversee CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, and IP/PBX telephone systems.
• Implement cybersecurity measures including antivirus, firewalls, data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Lead IT projects, digital transformation, and system improvements to support business growth.
• Provide technical support and guidance to all departments.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, software providers, and technology partners.
• Manage IT asset inventory, licenses, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
• Prepare and manage the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effective investments.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on system performance, IT projects, cybersecurity, and initiatives.
