Johndorf Ventures Corporation seeks an IT Manager to lead the technology function and align IT with business goals across its Cebu City footprint. This permanent, in-house leadership role coordinates with executives, department heads, and technology vendors.

You will supervise IT technicians in Cebu, Davao, and CDO, manage ERP/CRM/HRIS, and drive security, budgeting, and strategic IT initiatives to support growth.

About the role

The IT Manager is responsible for the overall technology function at Johndorf Ventures Corporation. This is a permanent, in-house leadership position responsible for building, transforming, structuring and directing the organization's IT function. The role serves as the central point of coordination between executive leadership, department heads, and external technology vendors. The IT Manager ensures that all technology systems, initiatives, and resources are aligned with business objectives, properly governed, and continuously improving to support the organization's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise IT Technicians across Cebu, Davao, and CDO offices.

• Define roles, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews for the IT team.

• Own the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of all enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, and custom platforms)

• Oversee all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, endpoints, and connectivity across all office locations and project sites.

• Manage relationships with all technology vendors and service providers.

• Develop and enforce IT security policies covering endpoint protection, access controls, data handling, and acceptable use.

• Develop and manage the annual IT budget, including OPEX and CAPEX allocations.

• Serve as the primary technology liaison between executive leadership and all departments.

• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement through technology, automation, and AI.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of combined technology and business experience

• At least 3 to 5 years in an IT management or technology leadership role

• Proven experience managing IT teams across multiple locations

• Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, custom platforms)

• Track record of effective vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance oversight

• Experience developing and managing IT budgets

• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences

• Proven ability to manage and develop a team

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
