Job summary

Johndorf Ventures Corporation seeks an IT Manager to lead the technology function and align IT with business goals across its Cebu City footprint. This permanent, in-house leadership role coordinates with executives, department heads, and technology vendors.

You will supervise IT technicians in Cebu, Davao, and CDO, manage ERP/CRM/HRIS, and drive security, budgeting, and strategic IT initiatives to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/MIS or related field.
• 8+ years of combined technology and business experience.
• 3–5 years in IT management or leadership role.
• Experience managing IT teams across multiple locations.
• Experience overseeing ERP/CRM/custom platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct IT Technicians across Cebu, Davao, and CDO offices.
• Own day-to-day management of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS).
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints.
• Manage vendor relationships and service providers.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies.
