Job summary

HRTX is seeking an IT Head in Canlubang, Laguna to lead the entire IT function, shaping technology strategy, systems, infrastructure and day‑to‑day operations on site. You will drive a technology roadmap and ensure reliable, secure services aligned with business goals.

The role requires a senior leader with 12–15 years in IT operations, including 5+ years in management, and strong SAP/enterprise systems expertise.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leader with 12–15 years in IT operations, including 5+ years in management.
• Experience in FMCG/pharma/manufacturing or similar complex enterprise environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems, with project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive IT strategy, roadmap, operations and service delivery.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, applications and enterprise systems.
• Oversee SAP administration and other enterprise systems.
• Lead IT projects, systems implementations, upgrades, integrations and process improvements.
• Ensure availability, security and efficiency of critical IT systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical support for critical issues and major initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate business needs into IT solutions.

Role Overview

The IT Head will lead the overall IT function, overseeing technology strategy, systems, infrastructure, and day-to-day IT operations. The role requires a senior leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on involvement in technology initiatives, projects, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 12 to 15 years of managing the overall IT operations experience, with significant experience leading or managing an overall IT function, including 5 years of managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience as both a strategic and hands-on/tactical IT leader.
• Experience in a large FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or similarly complex enterprise environment is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in IT projects, systems implementation, and project management.
• Strong process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT functions while aligning technology initiatives with business requirements.
