Qualifications

About the role

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager for Growth Brands to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving technological excellence and innovation across our growing portfolio of brands. As IT Manager for Growth Brands, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology infrastructure, systems, and support services that enable our brands to scale efficiently and competitively. This role is integral to our strategic objectives, ensuring that our technology platforms support rapid growth whilst maintaining security, reliability and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with the growth objectives of our brands portfolio


• Oversee the management, maintenance and optimisation of IT infrastructure, systems and networks across multiple brand entities


• Lead and manage IT teams, providing mentorship, performance management and professional development opportunities


• Manage IT budgets, procurement and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of technology solutions


• Establish and enforce IT policies, security protocols and compliance standards across all brand operations


• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage


• Provide strategic technical guidance to senior leadership and brand management teams on IT-related decisions


• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning across all technology systems


• Monitor IT performance metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IT management roles, preferably in fast-growing or multi-brand environments


• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, including cloud computing, networks, servers and security systems


• Proven experience managing IT teams and demonstrating strong leadership and people management capabilities


• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or equivalent


• Experience with IT budgeting, vendor management and cost optimisation


• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, data protection and regulatory compliance requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities


• Relevant IT certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, PMP or equivalent are preferred


• Experience with ERP systems, business applications or digital transformation projects is advantageous
