Job summary

Prime Budget King Supermarket Corporation is seeking an IT Infrastructure Supervisor to lead the maintenance of all IT systems. You will manage workstations, provide multi-channel support, and oversee network security and licensing compliance.

You will supervise IT staff, implement improvements, and ensure service quality across onsite, remote, and phone-based support channels. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• IT infrastructure management and supervision experience.
• Experience with Windows systems and account management.
• Knowledge of network maintenance and security protocols.
• Experience with hardware repair and replacement.
• Ability to provide clear instructions to non-technical users.
• Experience with IT support ticketing and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Set up computers and peripheral devices (monitors, keyboards, printers, etc.).
• Install and configure software and hardware based on company standards.
• Create and manage user accounts with correct access rights.
• Provide onsite, remote, and phone-based technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
• Monitor system and network performance regularly.
• Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Implement and manage network security protocols.
• Manage software licenses and ensure compliance.
• Supervise and monitor IT support staff and their daily tasks.
