Job summary

Prime Budget King Supermarket Corporation is seeking an IT Infrastructure Supervisor to lead the maintenance of all IT systems. You will manage workstations, provide multi-channel support, and oversee network security and licensing compliance.

You will supervise IT staff, implement improvements, and ensure service quality across onsite, remote, and phone-based support channels. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

You will manage workstation setup and configuration, provide multi-channel technical support, maintain network and system performance, oversee hardware and software management, drive process improvements, implement security protocols, and supervise IT support staff.
