Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking an IT Systems & Infrastructure Supervisor to oversee servers, networks, endpoints, cloud services, and security to ensure reliable operations across the organization. You will lead a technical team, set priorities, and drive initiatives to improve availability and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure with hands-on experience and a track record of supervising IT staff, delivering projects, and maintaining security and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CS Engineering, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in systems and infrastructure roles.
• 1–2 years leading or supervising an IT team.
• Hands-on administration of enterprise systems, networks, endpoints, cloud services.
• Experience with IT security controls, backup/recovery, monitoring, and DR/BCP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, availability, performance, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure.
• Lead systems, network, endpoint, cloud management, and security initiatives.
• Manage incidents, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Direct IT team tasks, projects, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, monitor SLA performance, and ensure documentation.
