Job summary

SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking an Information Technology Services Officer to deliver reliable IT services to all SM employees. You will oversee the health of equipment and ensure adherence to company software and hardware policies.

You and your team will also participate in creating and evaluating the annual IT department budget to support the department’s needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in network management (LAN/WAN/WLAN), hardware/software servicing, and troubleshooting (<140 chars)

Responsibilities

• Deliver up to 100% of IT services for SM employees.
• Ensure equipment provided is working properly and compliant with software/hardware policies.
• Create and evaluate the annual IT department budget with the team.
