Job Requirements

• Candidate must be a college graduate (BS IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related)
• At least 46 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
• Ex perience in managing IT support/helpdesk operations
• Knowledge in network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
• Experience in backup and recovery systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Incident management and troubleshooting
• Knowledgeable in ITIL & IT Service Management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
