Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking an IT Systems & Infrastructure Supervisor to oversee the organization’s IT systems, network, cloud services, and security to ensure reliable operations. You will lead a team responsible for infrastructure administration, monitoring, and incident resolution.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows-based environments, cloud platforms, IAM, and security controls, and involves coordinating with vendors and driving infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems or network administration, IT infrastructure, or related areas.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising an IT team.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems, networks, cloud services, and identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, availability, performance, maintenance, and security of servers, endpoints, OS, cloud services, networks, and core IT infrastructure.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex systems and connectivity issues.
• Supervise System & Network Administrator, IT Security Analyst, and IT Support Specialists; prioritize incidents and projects.
