Global Officium Limited INC- Cubao is seeking an experienced governance and PMO leader to shape IT governance, project delivery, and risk management across the organization. You will build and maintain frameworks, lead a team of project managers, and partner with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with strategic goals, while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with COBIT/ITIL and organizational goals.
Monitor and report on governance policy compliance, identifying and addressing risks or issues.
Establish and lead the PMO, providing governance, standards, and oversight for all IT projects.
Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and practices for consistent delivery.
Oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with priorities, resource allocation, and budgets.
Identify, assess, and manage risks related to IT projects and governance practices; mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT governance processes for ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
Act as primary liaison for IT governance and project management, reporting to senior leadership; facilitate alignment with stakeholders.
