Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project governance and PMO.
• Familiarity with SDLC standards and CMMI.
• Ability to prepare management reports.

Responsibilities

• Establish PMO governance processes and monitor IT project outcomes.
• Provide visibility on IT project performance to upper management.
• Manage PMO cadences: project reviews and upper management reviews.
• Develop PMO materials, templates, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Finance and Group Governance on project standards.
• Support SDLC, CMMI, PAG compliance across projects.
• Deliver training on SDLC, PM best practices.
