Job summary

AIA is seeking an IT PMO Consultant in the Philippines to consolidate data reporting, ensure project governance, and drive excellence in IT project delivery. The role focuses on aligning projects with local and group standards, while improving visibility and decision-making at the senior level.

Responsibilities include establishing governance, managing PMO cadences, and producing documentation for compliance and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing PMO governance and reporting for IT projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC standards and CMMI practices.
• Ability to develop and maintain PMO templates and lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance processes and monitor IT project performance.
• Create a single point visibility for PMO performance against objectives and results.
• Manage PMO cadences: project reviews and upper management reviews.
• Develop PMO materials and documentation for audits and governance.
• Collaborate with Local BU Finance and Group Governance for compliance.
• Identify and escalate risks to upper management.
• Lead PMO discussions with Risk & Compliance teams.
