Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking an IT Project Management Office (PMO) Consultant to support the local IT Business Unit with governance, data consolidation, and performance reporting for IT projects.

You will develop PMO materials, templates, and lessons learned, ensuring alignment with local and group standards, and you will work with Finance and Group Governance to maintain compliance and effective project oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing governance processes for IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC standards and compliance.
• Familiarity with CMMI practices and PAG standards.
• Ability to prepare and present management reports and dashboards.
• Experience training teams on PM best practices and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish Governance Processes and Monitoring of IT Project objective and Results to meet overall IT Business objectives.
• Create a single point of visibility and control on IT Project Performance Management for upper management.
• Manage PMO Cadences – Project Reviews and Upper Management Reviews.
