Job summary

Sagility in Quezon City is seeking an IT Fulfillment Officer to ensure the availability and proper management of company IT endpoints to support daily operations and future needs. You will oversee site IT Fulfillment, deploy equipment, manage inventory, and enforce SLAs while coordinating with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the availability, readiness, and proper management of company IT endpoints to support daily business operations, equipment replacements, and future requirements.
• Oversees site IT Fulfillment activities, ensuring timely equipment deployment, retrieval, inventory management, and compliance with SLAs.
• Coordinates with Operations, Workforce Management, Procurement, Finance, and technical support teams to address equipment requirements and service delivery needs.
• Provides operational guidance to IT Fulfillment personnel and ensures adherence to ITAM policies and SOPs.
