Sagility in the Philippines is seeking an IT Fulfillment Officer in Quezon City. You will ensure availability and readiness of IT endpoints, support daily operations, manage replacements, and plan for future IT asset needs to keep business running smoothly.

You will coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and technical support teams to address equipment requirements, monitor task completion, and enforce ITAM policies and SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Ensures the availability, readiness, and proper management of IT endpoints to support daily business operations, equipment replacements, and future requirements.
• Oversees site IT Fulfillment activities, ensuring timely equipment deployment, retrieval, inventory management, and compliance with SLAs.
• Coordinates with Operations, Workforce Management, Procurement, Finance, and technical support teams to address equipment requirements, operational concerns, and service delivery needs.
• Provides operational guidance to IT Fulfillment personnel, monitors task completion, and ensures adherence to IT Asset Management policies and SOPs.
