Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch in Quezon City is seeking an IT Fulfillment Officer to ensure the availability and readiness of company IT endpoints to support daily business operations.

You will oversee site fulfillment activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage deployments and inventory, and uphold ITAM policies and SOPs. This role offers exposure to a global BPM and healthcare solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining IT endpoints and equipment.

• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions to deliver timely IT services.

Responsibilities

• Ensures availability and readiness of IT endpoints to support daily operations.
• Oversees site IT Fulfillment activities, including device deployment and inventory management.
• Coordinates with Operations, WFM, Procurement, Finance, and technical support teams to address equipment needs.
• Monitors task completion and adherence to ITAM policies and SOPs.
