Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is seeking an IT Associate Manager to oversee IT services delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires leading an IT team, managing cross-platform environments (Mac, Linux, Windows), and steering projects on cloud and VDI infrastructure.

The incumbent will drive IT policy, conduct system audits, and design training for staff, while ensuring security and reliable operations in Iloilo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer applications or engineering required.
• 4+ years IT management experience with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience across Mac, Linux, and Windows platforms.
• Experience with cloud and VDI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of IT services.
• Run regular network/IT operations and security checks.
• Manage daily activities of the IT department and guide team members.
• Plan major IT projects including migrations, upgrades and outages.
• Develop IT policy and best-practice guides for the organization.
• Coordinate training programs and workshops for staff.

Job Description:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer application, BE / B. Tech, Any Graduate.

Experience: 4+ Years experience in IT Management with at least 1-2 years’ experience as a team leader or in an IT department managerial role.

Preferred Skills:

• Comprehensive Understanding of Network architecture and Client/ server
• Extensive experience in the delivery of IT incident and problem management
• Experience with Mac, Linux and Windows platforms
• Cloud and VDI Infra

Roles & responsibilities:

• Regular activities include network engineering and troubleshooting application, data cabling, systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments, root cause analysis in problem solving, and assistance in managing the daily activities of the department.
• Running regular checks on network and data security
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
• Designing training programs and workshops for staff
• Conducting regular system audits
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
• Providing direction for IT team members
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancements
• Ensure IPSAT, ESAT scores are maintained
• Handling Client and Vendor Management
