Job summary

Sagility is seeking an IT Fulfillment Officer to manage IT endpoints, ensure availability, and support daily operations at its Iloilo site in the Philippines. The role includes overseeing fulfillment activities, equipment deployment, retrieval, inventory control, and SLA compliance.

You will coordinate with Operations, WFM, Procurement, Finance, and technical support to address equipment needs and service delivery. The job requires guiding IT Fulfillment staff and enforcing ITAM SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the availability, readiness, and proper management of company IT endpoints to support daily business operations, equipment replacements, and future requirements.
• Oversees site IT Fulfillment activities, ensuring timely equipment deployment, retrieval, inventory management, and compliance with established procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinates with Operations, Workforce Management (WFM), Procurement, Finance, and technical support teams to address equipment requirements, operational concerns, and service delivery needs.
• Provides operational guidance to IT Fulfillment personnel, monitors task completion, and ensures adherence to IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
