Responsibilities include network engineering, systems administration, incident and problem management, policy development, staff training, regular audits, and coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure service quality and uptime.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT management with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer applications, BE or B.Tech, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture and IT service delivery.
• Experience with Mac, Linux and Windows platforms; cloud and VDI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Lead IT team, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Run regular checks on network and data security and system health.
• Develop IT policies and training programs for staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients; manage major IT projects and outages.

Job Description:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer application, BE / B. Tech, Any Graduate.

Experience: 4+ Years experience in IT Management with at least 1-2 years’ experience as a team leader or in an IT department managerial role.

Preferred Skills:

• Comprehensive Understanding of Network architecture and Client/ server
• Extensive experience in the delivery of IT incident and problem management
• Experience with Mac, Linux and Windows platforms
• Cloud and VDI Infra

Roles & responsibilities:

• Regular activities include network engineering and troubleshooting application, data cabling, systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments, root cause analysis in problem solving, and assistance in managing the daily activities of the department.
• Running regular checks on network and data security
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
• Designing training programs and workshops for staff
• Conducting regular system audits
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
• Providing direction for IT team members
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancements
• EnsureICSAT, ESAT scores are maintained
• Handling Client and Vendor Management
