Qualifications

• BSCOE, ECE or equivalent required.
• Two years IT field work or repair center experience preferred but not required.
• Experience from service companies, banks or financial institutions is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN setup, network, hardware, software and troubleshooting.
• Expert in 24/7 customer support, service delivery, and IT risk management.
• Able to work with teams in a client-centric environment and supervise when needed.
• Analytical, systematic, solution-oriented; can work under pressure with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in mulple business disciplines/funcons, executes within client centric environment for work with teams and contributors.

• Analycal, systemac, soluon oriented thinker, can work under pressure, independent, can work with minimum supervision, has good coordinaon and interpersonal skills.
