Qualifications
- BSCOE, ECE or equivalent required.
- Two years IT field work or repair center experience preferred but not required.
- Experience from service companies, banks or financial institutions is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN setup, network, hardware, software and troubleshooting.
- Expert in 24/7 customer support, service delivery, and IT risk management.
- Able to work with teams in a client-centric environment and supervise when needed.
- Analytical, systematic, solution-oriented; can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
